I'm Harry Richard, Head of HRPT and your Personal Coach.
In my 10+ years in the fitness space I have learnt some serious lessons.
- When boxing in the military, I learnt to keep my hands up or you'll end up on your ass.
- I learnt the most difficult times reveal the most about yourself.
- And I learnt that more doesn't equal better.
Over the years I have used these lessons internationally to coach beginners to their first 5K, fellow servicemen to half marathon PB's, business owners to match their fitness to their work ethic, and build bodies that are as fast and powerful as they are resilient.
Whether you are new to hybrid training, want to build on your current running and strength experience, want to take your fitness in a new direction, or build a leaner & fitter body, the training methods I utilise, and of course myself, will be backing you every step of the way.
